Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and developing PM managers or directors.
• Proven track record building and scaling platform and infrastructure products, including a heavy focus on data and AI/ML platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a unified roadmap and prioritization framework across structurally different types of teams.
• Strong track record influencing and aligning executive stakeholders across functions.
• Exceptional executive communication: translate technical problems for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business impact for the seven teams spanning Platform Intelligence.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across both pillars, setting the bar for strategic thinking and cross-functional influence.
• Drive a unified prioritization framework across core transactional systems and emerging AI/data capabilities.
• Identify and champion platform and infrastructure investments that unlock future differentiation.
• Build and maintain alignment across engineering, clinical, legal, and product leadership on priorities.
