Job summary

Spring Health in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Platform Intelligence to lead strategy, roadmap, and business impact across seven teams within two R&D pillars. You will shape platform foundations and data/AI infrastructure to power product and internal teams.

In this hybrid role based in San Francisco, you will manage PM leaders, balance reliability with rapid AI-driven innovation, and translate technical tradeoffs into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and developing PM managers or directors.
• Proven track record building and scaling platform and infrastructure products, including a heavy focus on data and AI/ML platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a unified roadmap and prioritization framework across structurally different types of teams.
• Strong track record influencing and aligning executive stakeholders across functions.
• Exceptional executive communication: translate problems and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business impact for seven teams spanning Platform Intelligence.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across both pillars, setting the bar for strategic thinking and cross-functional influence.
• Drive a unified prioritization framework across core and emerging AI/data capabilities.
• Identify and champion investments that unlock future competitive differentiation through data assets.
• Build alignment with executives on platform priorities, translating constraints into business language.
