CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director-level product leader to own an AI-powered clinical data insights platform. You will guide the platform from concept through production, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver reusable capabilities across downstream teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive enterprise AI/ML product experience, executive communication skills, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management for enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment with ability to structure ambiguity.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Aufgaben

• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Lead platform development with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize investments with high clinical and business value.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
