Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Senior Director to shape, build, and scale a portfolio of AI-powered insurance solutions. You will drive MVPs, roadmaps, and go-to-market readiness, collaborating with engineering, AI/ML, security, and delivery teams to deliver reusable, platform-led products.

The role requires deep insurance domain expertise, 12+ years in the field, and a track record of end-to-end product lifecycles, driving adoption, revenue, and client value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-time experience in insurance, InsurTech, product leadership, or enterprise solution development.
• Experience across Life, Annuities, and P&C with involvement in at least 2 functional areas.
• Proven ownership of 2+ end-to-end product lifecycles with measurable outcomes (revenue, adoption, or releases).

Responsibilities

• Shape Industry Product Strategy for AI Insurance Solutions.
• Define MVPs, roadmaps, and launch readiness across portfolios.
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, architecture, cloud, and delivery teams to build executable plans.
• Support commercialization through narratives, packaging, and sales enablement.
