Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• MBA is advantageous.
• Experience translating complex requirements into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate insurance business needs into domain architecture and specifications.
• Define domain boundaries for technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Builders, and AI teams to refine specs.
• Ensure AI-generated specs and code align with insurance requirements and governance.
