The role bridges Insurance stakeholders, Product Owners, Technology Architecture, AI/Data Science, Engineering, and Validation teams to drive prototype-to-production delivery with an emphasis on AI-assisted development and governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in insurance industry or insurance technology.
- Translate business needs into domain architecture, specs and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with AI-led development and governance of AI-assisted tooling.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of Guidewire, Duck Creek or similar insurance ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the domain authority for insurance capabilities, data, processes and models.
- Translate objectives into architecture, specifications, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Builders to refine backlogs and specs.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate business intent.
- Ensure AI-generated implementations align with insurance rules and governance.
