Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a hands-on engineering leader to drive AI-enabled transformation across the end-to-end SDLC. You will architect enterprise AI platforms, integrate MCP-based patterns, and align with security, risk, and compliance goals while guiding SaaS, cloud, and on-premises deployments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence architecture standards, and partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled engineering solutions. Hybrid work in the US is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership delivering enterprise-scale initiatives.
• 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud/infrastructure automation.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions across SDLC, DevSecOps, and multi-environment deployments.
• Experience with security controls, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI engineering, platform, and software delivery decisions.
• Lead enterprise challenges spanning multiple technology areas and organizations.
• Translate product objectives and risk requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
• Provide vision and hands-on leadership for AI enablement capabilities across platforms.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture standards and modernization roadmaps.
