Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an AI Sr. Director to act as a trusted client advisor, shaping AI transformation roadmaps and value cases for enterprise clients. You will translate needs into practical AI solutions with architects and delivery teams, and develop proposals, ROI models, and executive materials.

You will lead workshops and assessments, drive opportunity qualification, and ensure alignment with client goals, governance, and adoption strategies across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, or AI client-facing roles.
• 4+ years shaping or delivering AI, data science, ML, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 4+ years of strategy acumen including operating model design and value case development.
• 4+ years supporting presales activities and executive deal reviews.
• 5+ years knowledge around enterprise AI concepts including governance and adoption.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities and value cases.
• Shape AI strategy, target operating model, governance, adoption, and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate client needs into AI solutions with architects and delivery teams.
• Develop proposals, ROI models, proofs of concept, and executive client materials.
• Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and transition into delivery.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, assessments, and roadmap development.
• Connect AI use cases to operating model change and measurable enterprise value.
• Reuse global GTM assets and stay current on AI trends and capabilities.
