Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, HR Ops & Total Rewards to lead global HR operations and compensation programs in a fast-moving enterprise tech environment.

You will modernize processes with AI-enabled self-service, partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and own the annual compensation lifecycle, benefits administration, and people analytics. This role shapes rewards practices globally and requires strong leadership to drive adoption of scalable, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR operations, compensation design, or total rewards.
• Proven track record leading large compensation programs including salary structures.
• Experience in senior leadership roles with cross-functional influence.
• Strong HRIS expertise, especially Workday, with IT/Engineering collaboration.
• Experience delivering people analytics and executive-level reporting.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state HR compliance (EEO, FLSA).
• Proficient in AI-enabled HR tools and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI tool integration within HR operations to enable self-service for managers and employees.
• Collaborate with Technology to embed AI in HRIS workflows and compliance processes.
• Define and implement the global Total Rewards strategy aligned with market standards.
• Oversee benefits management, vendor relations, and AI-powered self-service initiatives.
• Manage the annual compensation lifecycle including merit planning and benchmarking.
• Serve as the HR systems liaison ensuring configuration and data integrity.
• Support Talent Acquisition operations, maintaining ATS systems and reporting.
