Job summary

Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards & People Operations to lead innovative, scalable compensation and benefits programs and to oversee global HRIS, compliance, and people data.

This remote role reports to the VP of People and collaborates with ELT and regional leaders to ensure compliant, equitable programs. The ideal candidate will drive AI-enabled compensation analytics, benchmark design, and a forward-looking rewards platform that scales with Arcadia’s growth and

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of global compensation and benefits experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations impacting compensation.
• Expertise in executive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise with equity vehicles (ISO/NSO/RSU, ESPP) and compensation tooling.
• Experience leading HRIS, compliance, and People Operations in a multi-region setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on total rewards and global People Operations, including HRIS, compliance, and data.
• Lead a team of 4 direct reports and grow their capabilities.
• Champion AI and automation to accelerate rewards processes and analyses.
• Design competitive total rewards programs aligned with company values and compliance.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and rewards statements.
• Collaborate on stock and equity programs with Executives and Legal.
• Own benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and external vendor relationships.
• Oversee global People Operations docs, policies, and data governance.
