Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience with a focus on Total Rewards and executive compensation.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise compensation, equity, and benefits programs in global technology settings.
• Proven track record in leading HR automation and AI adoption.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and compensation/benefits platforms.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and present to boards.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs based on benchmarking and analysis.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and manage executive compensation frameworks that promote performance.
• Facilitate the integration of AI tools for automation in compensation analysis and equity insights.
• Streamline total rewards operations by simplifying policies and enhancing governance within the organization.
