Jobgether is seeking a senior finance leader in the United States to own the long-range planning process, convert strategy into measurable targets, and build ARR-based forecasting models. You will drive AI-enabled planning, partner with GTM, Product, and Finance, and guide executive decisions with rigorous analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or related functions.
• Experience owning long-range planning processes and multi-year models.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, ARR modeling, and evaluation.
• Hands-on AI applications in financial planning and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, ERP systems, FP&A platforms, and data analytics.
• SaaS/tech industry experience in public-company environments preferred.
• Familiarity with investor relations, earnings prep, and board reporting.
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred; travel up to 25%; remote collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range strategic planning and evolve LRP framework with executive teams.
• Translate strategy into financial objectives, forecasts, and scenarios.
• Develop ARR-based planning models covering bookings, churn, pricing, and geography.
• Drive scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and capital allocation guidance.
• Modernize planning with AI-enabled processes and automated narrative reporting.
• Build scalable AI-powered financial models and analytics workflows.
• Establish responsible AI practices across Finance, IT, and Data teams.
• Improve reporting, self-service analytics, and decision-making speed.
• Provide strategic business partnership with Product, GTM, and Finance.
• Deliver insights on revenue, unit economics, and investment returns.
• Support investor relations with earnings messaging and long-term targets.
• Prepare executive and Board presentations aligned with controls and Legal.
• Strengthen financial storytelling and benchmarking for external communications.
• Influence senior stakeholders with structured analyses and clear metrics.
• Develop and grow the finance function with cross-functional initiatives.
