Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to own strategy, operating model, and execution of initiatives that modernize finance processes, systems, data, and capabilities.

Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Engineering, Data, and Operations; develop a multi-year roadmap leveraging AI, automation, and analytics while maintaining strong governance and SOX controls.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading finance transformation in a scaled technology company.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered and automated finance solutions.
Strong working knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and public-company financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, operating model, and execution of finance transformation initiatives.
Define a multi-year roadmap leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.
Lead cross-functional delivery with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Operations.
Establish governance and accountability for major initiatives.
Develop talent strategies and career pathways for a technology-enabled finance workforce.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal controls.
