Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years overall with at least 7 years leading large enterprise programs.
• Experience in a research, AI/ML, or technology organization is preferred.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to derive insights from data and manage complex programs.
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across product and AI research teams.
• Align scope, release planning, and teams to business goals.
• Drive weekly reviews with stakeholders and executive updates.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and management.
• Identify and remove obstacles to meet program milestones.
