Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture to translate business and technology strategy into practical AI-driven architecture. You’ll embed architecture into product and engineering workflows, define guardrails, and automate governance to improve delivery, reduce risk, and enable scale.

You will lead a hands-on, executive-facing team across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern integration patterns, with a focus on cost and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture roles within large organizations.
• Experience in AI-driven architecture including LLM-based systems and governance.
• Strong cloud, data, and modern integration pattern expertise.
• Ability to translate architectural decisions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture across UX, governance, data, and runtime layers.
• Establish guardrails, standards, reference architectures, and automated governance.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure scalable, enterprise-safe solutions.
• Drive executable EA with architecture-as-code and policy-as-code.
