Gartner is seeking a Sr. Director, Product within Global Sales & Services Technology (GSST) to shape the future of our sales tool suite, empowering sales and services with intuitive tools, data insights, and stronger client retention and CV growth.

Based in Stamford, CT, you will own the roadmap, partner with IT and business leaders to deliver high-impact products, drive adoption, measure ROI, and lead a team of software product-service owners through AI-driven transformation.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience across sales, operations, technology or analytics.
• Team leadership experience with software product-service owners.
• Knowledge and experience with AI GTM and tools.
• Strong time management to prioritize high-impact activities.
• Collaboration with partners to drive partnerships and alignment.
• Knowledge of Sales processes, CRM (Salesforce), and sales metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-to-insight abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Salesforce reports/dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the future roadmap, planning, development, and execution of products that support client-facing activities for Sales & Service.
• Partner with the technology team to improve the product development lifecycle and meet business requirements.
• Manage maintenance and enhancements of current product platforms while planning the future vision.
• Coordinate with Team NCVI to align processes, data, and systems supporting Sales/Services/Client interactions.
• Lead efforts to evolve technology and content to simplify user experience and improve collaboration.
• Leverage AI tools to shape product direction and solve complex use cases.
• Establish partnerships with business leaders, IT, and vendors for requirements and implementation.
• Drive adoption and standardized processes across the sales organization with technology enablement.
• Communicate plans and progress to senior leadership and be a trusted advisor.
• Serve as SME for owned products across the enterprise.
• Monitor KPIs to assess ROI and impact.
