Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Product in the Global Sales & Services Operations team.

You will own the roadmap for sales tools, partner with IT, and drive AI-enabled transformation to simplify seller workflows and improve client journeys. The role requires translating business needs into innovative tech, aligning with sales and service leaders, and delivering measurable ROI. You will collaborate with BU leaders, IT, and vendors to implement standardized processes and ensure adoption

Qualifications

12+ years of experience across sales, business operations, technology or analytics.
Experience leading software product-service owners.
Knowledge of AI GTM and tools.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the future roadmap, planning, development, and execution of products that support client-facing activities for Sales & Service.
Partner with technology teams to improve product development lifecycle and ensure business requirements are met.
Manage maintenance and enhancements of current product platforms and plan future visions.
Lead coordination with stakeholders to drive adoption and standardized processes.
Communicate plans and progress to senior leadership and act as SME for owned products.
