Gartner, Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Product Management to lead Gartner’s Digital Experience (GDX) team, guiding senior PMs and partnering with engineering to unify the platform driving client buying journeys.

The leader will own the BuySmart product adoption and client experience, setting vision, driving execution, and shaping a cohesive, scalable tech stack across Gartner’s digital products.

Qualificações

• 12-15 years’ experience as a digital product owner with strong product mindset and SaaS/enterprise software background.
• 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managers.
• Proven ability to define strategy, vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong focus on UX and collaborative problem-solving.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning Gartner’s digital products for clients.
• Partner with global stakeholders and engineers, designers, data science to deliver high-value products.
• Drive overarching product vision and strategy across multiple product areas.
• Lead concept sprints, build roadmaps with key features aligned to strategy.
• Prioritize portfolio balancing customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Use insights and data to inform strategic decisions and roadmaps.
• Influence executives and drive alignment across the organization.
