Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director, Product within the Global Sales & Services Operations team to drive the future vision of the sales tool suite. You will partner with IT to translate business needs into innovative tech, improving efficiency and client retention across Gartner’s large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across sales, operations, technology or analytics with leadership experience.
• Experience leading software product-service owners or similar teams.
• Knowledge of AI GTM and related tools.
• Strong time management to prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of Sales processes, CRM analytics, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the future roadmap, planning, development, and execution of products for Sales & Service.
• Partner with technology teams to meet business requirements for key initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance current product platforms while planning future vision.
• Coordinate with NCVI to align processes, data, and systems for client interactions.
• Lead efforts to evolve technology, tools, and content to simplify UX and improve collaboration.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI tools and products to drive innovative solutions.
• Establish strong partnerships with business units, IT, and vendors for requirements and implementation.
• Coordinate adoption and standardized practices across the sales organization with technology enablement.
• Communicate plans and progress to senior leadership; advocate strategic solutions with ROI impact.
• Serve as SME and representative for all owned products across the enterprise.
• Monitor KPIs to assess product effectiveness, ROI.
