Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst in the Tech CEO Research Practice, based in Stamford, CT, to guide tech CEOs through AI-driven GTM transformation and revenue redesign.

You will develop innovative research, engage directly with technology leaders, and present findings at Gartner events, while mentoring junior researchers and shaping research initiatives to help clients accelerate growth and gain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• Built, led or materially shaped GTM at a company with AI-led or AI-first strategy.
• Fluent across ICP, motion design, pipeline, RevOps, pricing, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have research.
• Develop new research and offer actionable approaches to client needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and predict trends in AI, GTM and business strategies.
• Engage directly with Tech CEOs and executive teams in virtual or in-person settings.
• Deliver impactful presentations at Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support research and sales by voicing market insights.
• Peer review research content for quality and relevance.
• Build credibility as Gartner research representative.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Identify and implement research process improvements.
• Be client-centric and help leverage Gartner insights.
