Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Sr. Director, Product on the Global Sales & Services Technology team.

You will own the roadmap for a suite of sales tools, partner with IT, and drive AI-led transformation to simplify seller workflows, improve collaboration, and boost client retention and contract value. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring deep knowledge of sales processes, CRM analytics, and data visualization, plus strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across sales, business operations, technology or analytics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with AI GTM and tools.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the future roadmap, planning, development, and execution of products that support client facing activities for Sales & Service.
• Partner with the technology team to improve the development lifecycle of products and ensure all business requirements are met for key initiatives.
• Manage maintenance and enhancements of the current product platforms, while planning for and executing the future vision of these products.
• Promote prioritization of product development work to deliver the greatest impact to customers and drive financial results.
• Lead efforts to evolve technology, tools and content, leveraging customer insights to simplify user experience and collaboration.
• Communicate plans and progress to senior leadership and act as the SME for owned products.
