Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead AI-powered content experiences across Walmart’s digital platforms. You will own a multi-year technology roadmap, influence enterprise investments, and drive innovations in generative AI, computer vision, and immersive media at enterprise scale.

You will partner with business, product, design, and data teams to deliver customer-first experiences while growing a global engineering organization and mentoring senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years in software engineering, platform development, or AI-driven systems.
• 4 years of supervisory experience (leading managers) or equivalent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for AI-driven content experiences.
• Influence executive leadership on technology investments and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product discovery, engagement, and trust through rich media.
• Own development, scaling, and global deployment of foundational capabilities.
• Architect and maintain high-performance, globally consistent full-stack platforms.
• Lead a global, multi-pillar engineering organization and mentor senior leaders.
