Responsibilities

• Define Walmart’s North Star vision for Essentials shopping over the next 3–5 years.
• Reinvent routine and replenishment shopping with intelligent experiences that anticipate needs.
• Develop AI-enabled planning and personalization capabilities.
• Connect shopping and fulfillment across Walmart’s store and fulfillment network.
• Identify and build new propositions across subscriptions, bundles, and recurring purchases.
• Operate as the GM for a digital capability, driving metrics and scale.
