Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Group Director, Product Management to lead the Associate Experience portfolio at scale. You will shape strategy across MyWalmart, Sidekick, Store Tools, and checkout experiences, guiding AI-powered capabilities for 1.7M+ associates worldwide.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, aligning with Engineering, Design, People, and Business units to deliver impact at global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Extensive product management experience (15–17 years) in large-scale efforts.
• Advanced degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete associate-facing digital experience from onboarding to checkout.
• Define product vision and roadmaps across MyWalmart, Sidekick, Store Tools, and Checkout.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with engineering, design, and business leaders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area

17 years’ experience in product management or related area

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
