Qualifications

- Experience transforming merchandising or retail with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into executable strategies and plans.

- Orchestrate cross-functional work across Merchandising, Product, Technology, and Data Science.
- Translate merchant needs into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
