Job summary
Walmart Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Media to lead strategy and execution across traditional SEO, AI-powered discovery, and affiliate marketing.
You will own technical SEO roadmaps, AEO experiments, and scalable optimization across WalmartBusiness’ ecommerce ecosystem. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, Marketing, and Merchandising to translate insights into actionable requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead AEO and technical SEO strategy across traditional and AI-powered search
- Run experiments to improve discoverability and qualified traffic
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Merchandising to deliver scalable solutions
- Identify technical opportunities, define business requirements, and guide implementation
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting for business impact
- Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality execution
- Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor evolving search trends and identify new growth opportunities
