Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field plus 6 years analytics experience
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field plus 4 years analytics experience
• 8 years’ experience in analytics or a related field

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year AI research and technical strategy for Search and Personalization
• Pioneer novel approaches to retrieval, ranking, personalization, and generative discovery
• Define Walmart's position on emerging AI capabilities and translate into product investments
• Influence roadmap and architecture at VP/SVP level with senior leadership
• Influence product roadmap and engineering architecture at VP/SVP level with senior leadership
