Job summary

Walmart’s Global AI Acceleration Product & Design organization seeks a Group Director, Product Management to lead the Associate Experience portfolio. This role will drive people-led, tech-powered transformation for 1.7M+ associates worldwide.

You will own the end-to-end associate digital experience—from app login to in-store tools and checkout—defining vision, roadmaps, and scalable execution with engineering, design, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 15 years of product management experience.
• Or 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own apps and global ecosystem domain, driving strategy and execution across MyWalmart App, Sidekick, Store Tools, Checkout Experiences, and AI-powered associate capabilities.
• Lead high-performing teams and partner with Engineering, Design, People, and Business leaders to deliver at global scale.
• Define the product vision, drive execution across a complex ecosystem, and ensure alignment to Walmart's strategic priorities.
