CVS Health Digital seeks a Lead Director – Digital Engineering to shape strategy, modernization, delivery, and operation of our customer identity platforms. You will lead multi-team efforts across authentication, profiles, and identity integrations to enable millions of experiences across CVS Health brands.

You will partner with product, security, architecture, and business units to drive cloud-native architecture, AI-enabled transformations, and reliable, secure customer journeys at scale,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
• Strong CIAM and identity security knowledge.
• Budget, vendor management and technology investment experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization for authentication, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
• Advance scalable cloud-native, API-first architecture while ensuring secure, reliable customer experiences.
• Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Manage program level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Define, measure and track metrics and KPIs for business outcomes in the customer identity domain.
