CVS Health Digital seeks a Lead Director of Digital Engineering to own the strategy, modernization and operation of customer identity platforms across CVS Health brands. You will lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations and platform operations.

• 10+ years in Software/Platform Engineering or related tech fields.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams including managers.
• 5+ years of cloud-native transformation and API-first practices.
• Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization, and identity security knowledge.
• Proven budget, vendor, and investment decision experience.
• Track record delivering scalable, available tech platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-team engineering org for authentication, profile mgmt, identity integrations, and platform operations.
• Evolve identity capabilities toward scalable cloud-native API-first architecture with secure customer experiences.
• Lead AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify/manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Develop End-to-End program plans with timely tracking.
• Manage program status reporting to stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure business outcomes for the portfolio.
• Build relationships with business, product, tech partners and vendors to support roadmap.
