Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to oversee enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives. You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute value-based outcomes and promote agile practices across the organization.

This role includes managing substantial budgets and leading a team of Scrum Masters and Program Managers. Location options include Hartford, CT or Pittsburg, PA with hybrid flexibility and remote potential.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience including people management
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ and leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record implementing Agile practices in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Increase productivity and accelerate time-to-market for products and features.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 leads.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
