Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Agile Delivery leader to drive large-scale technology programs, establish scrum team structures, coach through change, and align initiatives with enterprise strategy and product roadmaps.

You will oversee a $35M-$50M portfolio, lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads, shape staffing and talent development, and partner with executives, clinicians, and operations to deliver value, quality, and faster time-to-market.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of professional experience including 3-5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
Strong execution and delivery skills with planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
Mastery of problem-solving and growth mindset principles.
Experience with innovation management and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise delivery of multiple complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per the roadmap.
Drive productivity and time-to-market improvements to stay competitive.
Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10–12 scrum masters/program managers.
Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation.
Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
