CVS Health is seeking a strategic Agile delivery leader to drive enterprise Agile implementation across programs and products. You will establish scrum structures, coach teams, and align technology initiatives with business goals in a high-impact role.

You will partner with executive stakeholders and manage a substantial budget while growing a high-performing team of Scrum Masters and Program Managers. This is a hybrid role with Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA options, and remote work considered.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience including 3-5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Strong delivery and execution skills with planning and risk mitigation.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall approaches.
• Ability to influence strategy and lead large-scale transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Drive agility adoption and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
• Define metrics and reporting for visibility into performance.
