CVS Health is seeking a strategic Agile leader to drive Enterprise Agile implementations across large technology initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, align with product strategy, and manage substantial budgets while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver value and accelerate time-to-market.

Qualifications

10–15+ years professional experience with 3–5 years in people management
Experience managing budgets of $30M+
Strong delivery and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with Agile in complex environments
Familiar with SAFe and Waterfall

Responsabilités

Lead enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10–12.
Identify risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation.
Define metrics and reporting for Agile performance.
