CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive enterprise Agile implementations across major programs. The role involves coaching Scrum Masters and Program Managers, shaping delivery strategy, and aligning with executives on value realization.

Qualificações

• 10-15+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in people management roles with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies
• Mastery of problem solving, decision making, and growth mindset

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per the roadmap.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives to influence prioritization and decisions.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters and/or program managers.
• Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
• Define and monitor metrics and reporting standards for Agile performance.
