Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks an Agent Builder Leader to drive strategic AI deployments within our Forward Deployed Engineering Team. You will lead a high-performing group delivering agentic solutions directly with customers, shaping architecture and roadmaps.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems across enterprise environments, travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and scaling enterprise AI systems or applications, with leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, able to influence executive stakeholders on complex roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of AI implementations, RAG, vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture and async processing.
• Up-to-date with LLMs and foundations models for enterprise deployment and tooling.
• Understanding multi-agent orchestration, data-driven decisions, autonomous action design.

• Define long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
• Establish best practices for MCP, inter-agent communication, and AI orchestration.
• Standardize Agentic Development Life Cycle across engagements and oversee delivery.
