Qualifications

• 10+ years building/scale enterprise apps or AI systems
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Strong communication to execs on complex roadmaps
• Expertise with AI implementations (RAG, vector DBs, knowledge bases)
• Knowledge of distributed, event-driven architectures and async processing
• Up-to-date with LLM landscape and enterprise use cases
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration and autonomous design
• Strategic thinking aligned with Product/Engineering teams
• Willingness to travel ~30%

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Standardize the Agentic Development Life Cycle across engagements.
