Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a technically adept Agent Builder Leader to head the Forward Deployed Engineering Team. You will guide a high-performing group to deliver Agentic AI solutions directly with customers, shaping standards and the roadmap for enterprise adoption of agentic capabilities.

You will influence product direction, define ADLC standards, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to operationalize agentic architectures globally. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and scaling enterprise AI systems, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders on complex technical roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of AI implementations including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases for grounding enterprise data.

• Establish best practices and reference architectures for multi-agent AI systems.
