Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director/Sr. Director Expert Agent Builder to lead a high-performing Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will set the strategy for agentic AI deployments, drive multi-agent architectures, and standardize the development life cycle across customer engagements.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape the roadmap, evangelize the architecture, and ensure production-grade, secure AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in building/scaling enterprise apps or AI systems, with 5+ years in leadership overseeing technical teams.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders on complex roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of AI deployments, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise data foundations.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for MCP, inter-agent communication, and AI orchestration in multi-agent systems.
• Standardize Agentic Development Life Cycle across engagements; ensure delivery meets customer needs at enterprise scale.
• Evangelize Salesforce’s agentic architecture internally and with customers, ecosystem partners, and developers.
• Build a high-performing team delivering production-grade agentic systems; collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales.
• Oversee data privacy policies; collaborate with security/legal to enforce responsible AI globally.
