Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree required with extensive medical/clinical affairs experience.
• Board-certified hematologist with clinical expertise.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, transparency and innovative thinking.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, goal setting, planning and delivery evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision and strategic direction for Specialty Testing within Medical & Scientific Affairs.
• Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define research priorities and regulatory strategies.
• Develop strategic academic partnerships and investigator-initiated proposals aligned with Beckman research needs.
• Lead global health economics, policy, and reimbursement strategies for Beckman solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to guide scientific exchange and product development.
