Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs – Specialty Testing. You will set vision, supervise product development, clinical research, and post-launch lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level requirement (M.D., Ph.D, Pharm.D, DNP).
• Board-certified hematologist.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with strategic goal setting.

Responsabilités

• Steer strategic direction for Specialty Testing and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across matrix organizations.
• Build academic partnerships and solicit investigator-initiated research.
• Lead global HEPR strategies for Beckman solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to guide product development.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable guidance for product teams.
