Job summary

GlobalSource IT seeks an experienced Productivity & Collaboration Manager to lead a team supporting its enterprise digital workplace. Focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools across onsite and remote environments.

The role requires strong leadership, a technical background, and the ability to engage senior executives while driving platform governance and service delivery in a fast-moving corporate setting in Miami.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Strong Microsoft 365 background including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange.
• Experience leading technical teams in a large or complex corporate environment.
• Proven ability to communicate technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with tenant migrations and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, licensing, and escalations.
• Ability to lead projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Strong IT service management knowledge including ServiceNow and KPIs.
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain technical team members.
• Onsite work in Miami office ~3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 7–8 professionals supporting enterprise productivity technologies.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 environment including governance, administration, and optimization.
• Provide leadership across Slack, Box, Airtable, and related tools.
• Direct troubleshooting, decision-making, and escalations for critical issues.
• Manage service delivery, ticket queues, and coverage.
• Escalate for senior executives and high-priority users as needed.
• Lead platform migrations, upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
• Support tenant governance and migration initiatives where applicable.
• Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and emerging collaboration capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and performance.
