Job summary

System One, Inc. seeks a SharePoint Admin with Microsoft 365 collaboration experience to support daily operations, stability, and optimization of our enterprise collaboration platforms.

This role focuses on L3 production support, incident and problem management, platform monitoring, and service delivery across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.

Hybrid work across multiple U.S. locations, with opportunities to drive automation and improve documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office apps.
• Proven L3 operational support experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience monitoring platform health and performance.
• Experience deploying production changes and releases.
• Excellent technical documentation skills and ability to create knowledge articles.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and stability of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Provide advanced L3 operational support and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office applications.
• Manage escalations, incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution.
• Monitor platform health, performance metrics, alerts, and operational dashboards.
• Support production deployments, changes, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Analyze trends and prepare operational reports.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and business teams.
