Raymond James is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Manager to lead lifecycle planning for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform. The role collaborates with internal customers, engineering, and communications teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Hybrid work model with in-office days at St.

Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN. Ideal candidate has Microsoft 365 administration and product management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 admin and product management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power Platform.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in IT support and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze information to create detailed product requirements.
• Define product scope and objectives through research and data gathering.
• Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for future phases.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Develop and deliver project business/benefits cases.
• Serve as a liaison between client business units and technical teams.
