Zusammenfassung

TrnDigital seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant to lead client engagements in the US. You will own discovery, design, and rollout of SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot readiness, and security/compliance initiatives, while guiding offshore teams and ensuring adoption after go-live.

You will present to IT directors and executives, map stakeholders, manage scope changes, and support pre-sales with RFP responses and technical Q&A. Based in the US and available for US client hours.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years in a client-facing Microsoft 365 consulting role or similar internal role.
• Strong depth in SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Experience leading Copilot readiness, rollout and adoption.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements across Microsoft 365 migrations, Copilot readiness and rollout, security and compliance implementation, and license optimization.
• Organize and run Run discovery sessions; assess environments and translate findings into recommendations, scope and plan.
• Own change management on engagements: stakeholder mapping, communications, readiness, training, and adoption tracking.
