Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and identity issues.
• Familiar with ITIL-based incident and request management.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior point of resolution for complex incidents and requests.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding workflows and access changes.
• Support Teams/Video conferencing and device provisioning across MS 365 stack.
• Track SLAs, provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Mentor Service Desk staff and contribute to knowledge base.
