Job summary

Blue Shield of California's Digital Experience, Design and Content (DEDC) team seeks a Senior Digital UX Strategist, Consultant to shape end-to-end experience strategy across member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys.

You will translate business and customer needs into AI-enabled, scalable design solutions, collaborating with designers and strategists in modern product design, with a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• 7+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Expertise in full-stack product design across UX, interaction, visual, service design and prototyping with Figma.
• Experience contributing to experience strategy for complex digital products (AEM, mobile apps, web apps) and AI-informed practices.
• Experience collaborating with designers and strategists in modern product design and discovery.
