Job summary

Blue Shield of California's Digital Experience, Design and Content team seeks a Senior UX Strategist to shape end-to-end experiences across member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys. You will translate business and customer needs into scalable, AI-enabled, and scalable design solutions to influence product strategy and experience quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous discovery, and leadership development within a hybrid office model, requiring in-office presence two days

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or HS diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires expertise in full-stack product design, including UX, interaction design, visual design, service design, and advanced prototyping using industry standard tools like Figma
• Requires proven experience contributing to experience strategy and design for complex, multi-journey digital products across AEM, mobile apps, and web-based app platforms like Angular
• Requires experience applying AI-informed or data-driven design practices, including experimentation, personalization, or intelligent automation within digital experiences
• Requires experience collaborating with other designers and strategists in modern product design and continuous discovery practices
