Blue Shield of California is seeking a Digital UX Strategist, Consultant to define end-to-end experience strategy across member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys. You will translate business and customer needs into AI-enabled, scalable solutions for our digital products.

In this hybrid, individual-contributor role you will influence product strategy and experience quality, collaborating with designers and strategists to deliver modern, scalable digital experiences at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Expertise in full-stack product design including UX, interaction, visual, service design and advanced prototyping using industry standard tools like Figma
• Experience contributing to experience strategy and design for complex multi-journey digital products across AEM, mobile apps, and web-based app platforms like Angular
• Experience applying AI-informed or data-driven design practices including experimentation, personalization, or intelligent automation within digital experiences
• Experience collaborating with other designers and strategists in modern product design and continuous discovery practices
