Job summary

Blue Shield of California’s Digital Experience, Design and Content (DEDC) team seeks a Digital UX Strategist, Consultant to shape end-to-end experience strategy across member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys. You will translate business and customer needs into scalable, AI-enabled solutions and influence product strategy and experience quality.

As an individual contributor and emerging thought leader, you’ll help deliver personalized, modern digital experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Expertise in full-stack product design across UX, interaction, visual and service design; advanced prototyping in Figma.
